License & Annual Subscription

The GoToWP Plugin is intended for use on a single domain. Updates are available for 1 year from original purchase date. License subscriptions are set to automatically renew 1 year from purchase date. You have full control over your subscription from within your <a href=”/my-account”>My Account</a> profile.

Refund Policy

GoToWP is happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase, given that the following conditions are met: 1) there is a demonstrable and unresolvable issue with the plugin not working as advertised, 2) you notify us of the problem within 30 days of purchase by opening a support ticket, 3) you grant us wp-admin and FTP access to properly diagnose the problem. Please note: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide to not use the plugin. MuthCo LLC stands behind its products, and we are happy to assist you in diagnosing any conflict and assisting you in resolving those conflicts, either with complimentary support, or, in more complex cases, our Premium Support Packages. We provide ample video screencasts, support information and feature lists, and, therefore, expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
